Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made through the booking site and are not garunteed cancellation over the phone. Appointments not cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hours window prior to your original appointment time, are going to be charged 100% of their appointment price.
Clients more than 10 minutes late will be asked to reschedule, resulting in a no-show fee.
